The dispensary game in NY needs a culture shift. Seems like when you walk in majority just want you to do the work yourself. Jessica over at Central Budz is single-handedly carrying the culture herself just simply with a smile and good conversation. I hope the rest of the city follows her example. A major player in the dispensary game.
